Down payment & cancelation conditions
In order to complete your reservation, a down payment of 50% of the full reservation price will be charged.
In the case of a cancelation up to two weeks prior to the reservation's date, the down payment will be fully refunded.
In the case of a cancelation within the two weeks and up to two days prior to the reservation date, the down payment will be kept as a cancelation fee.
When a cancelation is done within two days (or less) of the reservation date, the full reservation price will be charged.
Cancelation conditions for reservations of two cabins or more
When a reservation for more than one cabin is canceled two weeks or less prior to the reservation date there are feuer chances to make up for the damage. Therefore if a reservations is canceled Up to 21 days prior to the reservation date the down payment will be fully refunded.
21 to 7 days prior to the reservation date the down payment will be kept as a cancelation fee.
If canceled seven days or less before the reservation date the full reservation price will be charged.
In any case, we always make an effort to allow a new booking.
if we succeed and our damage has decreased than the cancelation fee will decrease in accordance.
A Change of date will be regarded as a cancelation.
